Features of glass fiber microwave drying equipment:
1. The water removal inside and outside of the glass fiber is relatively uniform, which enhances the bonding force between the coating (silicone) and the surface of the glass fiber.
2. Due to the different dielectric properties of the composite components of the organic film in the deep layer, such as silicone and resin, there is a time difference in the formation of the drying layer, which makes the silicone layer fasten between the resins, and the interface failure rate greatly reduces the product quality.
3. When the glass fiber is drawn and formed, there may be fine cracks on its surface. Due to microwave heating, water vapor migrates from the inner layer to the outer layer. The inner layer of the cylinder has a large steam pressure synergistic performance, resulting in three pumps in the glass fiber. The added glass wetting agent penetrates into the surface cracks of the glass fiber.
4. The traditional heating and drying time is long, and the temperature of the heating medium is high. The glass fiber is in a high temperature state for a long time, which has a greater impact on its strength, while the microwave drying time is short, which has a small impact on the strength of the glass fiber.
5. Low moisture content, the finished product moisture content is less than 1%
6. The glass fiber products dried by microwave drying equipment have the characteristics of white and smooth appearance, flexibility and strength, low hydrophobicity, easy coloring and easy spinning.
