Feed microwave drying equipment

The general microwave feed dryer adopts a tunnel type. The microwave equipment dries quickly, does not require heat conduction, and directly heats the material from the inside to the outside, and sterilizes at low temperature. Microwave feed drying equipment only needs to operate the control knob to achieve the purpose of lifting and stopping.

1. Fast heating and energy saving. The mechanism of microwave heating is different from traditional heating methods (heat conduction, convection, radiation). It can heat the heated material itself without the need for heat conduction. Compared with traditional electric heating and far infrared heating, it saves energy. 2 －3 times or more. At the same time, the heating efficiency is increased by 3 to 5 times.

2. The heating is uniform, and the product quality is improved. The microwave energy penetrates into the material, so that the surface and the inside of the material generate heat at the same time, without the phenomenon of external coke and internal growth. As the moisture on the surface of the material evaporates, the surface temperature of the material will be slightly lower than the temperature of the inner layer, and the resulting temperature gradient will point from the inside to the outside, which is consistent with the migration direction of vapor pressure and heat that occurs during the heating process. According to the material drying theory, this heating state is conducive to material drying.
